Each result gives your character an origin, a turning point, something they want and, if you like, a flaw. Enough to play on day one and flesh out later.
A backstory should explain what your character wants and what is in their way. These are short on purpose: one origin, one event that changed things, one goal and a flaw you can roleplay.
Read the result as a prompt and fill in details you like. Pair it with an D&D name and the ability score roller and you have a character in a minute.
