Sometimes it's a relic rebuilt from memory: a messenger window circa 2003, a homepage from 1999, the sound of a modem connecting. Sometimes it's a little generator, a game, or a piece of generative art you'll never see again.
The internet grew up fast, and a lot of its early strangeness has quietly disappeared. Whole communities, aesthetics, and inside jokes vanished when the sites that held them shut down. vRandom exists to celebrate that history — not as a dusty museum, but as something you stumble into one delightful press at a time.
